Please read this carefully before booking. We believe in being upfront about what you're committing to.
Fees Are Non-Refundable
Once Services Are Utilized
Refund requests will not be entertained once counselling sessions, psychometric assessments, or any other services have been availed — in part or in full. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
What "Utilized" Means
A service is considered utilized — and therefore non-refundable — once any of the following has happened:
Session Attended
You have attended a counselling session — whether the full duration, partially, or even joined briefly.
Assessment Started
You have started or completed a psychometric assessment (MBTI, Holland Code, DMIT or any other test).
Report Delivered
A career report, roadmap, SOP draft, or any written deliverable has been shared with you.
Consultation Provided
Strategic advice, recommendations or guidance has been given over call, email or WhatsApp.
Application Work Begun
University shortlisting, SOP writing or resume work has been initiated on your behalf.
Slot Reserved & Missed
Your scheduled slot was reserved exclusively for you and you did not attend or cancel in advance.

Career counselling is a deeply personalised service. Every session, assessment, and roadmap involves significant time, expertise, and resources that cannot be recovered once delivered. Here's why we maintain this policy:
Your Slot Was Reserved For You
When you book, we block dedicated time for you alone — turning away other clients who could have used that slot.
Preparation Begins Immediately
Once you book, we begin reviewing your background, preparing questions and structuring your session well before we meet.
Insights Cannot Be Returned
Unlike a physical product, you cannot "return" advice, an assessment report, or strategic insights once they've been shared.
It Keeps Our Pricing Fair
Holding firm on this policy lets us keep our fees accessible — instead of inflating them to cover refund losses.
We Want You to Be Confident
That's why we offer multiple ways to evaluate us — completely free — before you commit to anything.

🔄 Limited Exceptions
While our policy is firm, we recognise that genuine situations may arise. Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: If you've been charged twice for the same booking, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
- Technical failure from our end: If our system caused a payment error and no service was delivered, the payment will be refunded.
- Counsellor cancellation: If we cancel a scheduled session and are unable to reschedule within 30 days, you'll receive a full refund.
- Service never started: If you paid but absolutely no service of any kind was provided, a refund may be issued at our discretion (within 7 days of payment).
The Fine Print
Sessions can be rescheduled once at no cost, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice via email or WhatsApp.
Missing a scheduled session without prior notice is considered service utilized. The fee is forfeited entirely.
In approved exception cases, Razorpay gateway charges (approx 2%) are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Multi-session programs (Complete, Premium) follow the same policy. No partial refunds for unused sessions once any session is attended.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
